INTRNL FIGHT

WHAT IS THE INTRNL FIGHT SCHOOL CLUB PROGRAM?

The INTRNL FIGHT School Club Program is designed to help schools create student led spaces focused on mental health awareness, encouragement, and community impact. Through a structured club model, students and advisors receive tools, ideas, and resources to lead meaningful conversations, promote positive culture, and support one another throughout the school year.

This program is about more than meetings. It is about helping students feel seen, connected, and empowered to make a difference in their own school.

INTRNL FIGHT

WHY IT MATTERS

Students are carrying more than many people realize. Stress, anxiety, pressure, loneliness, and silent struggles can affect everyday life in ways that are often hidden from view. The School Club Program exists to help change that.

By creating a visible, student led presence on campus, INTRNL FIGHT Clubs help normalize conversations around mental health, encourage peer support, and build a stronger sense of belonging within the school community.

Because when students know they are not alone, real change can begin.

INTRNL FIGHT

OUR GOAL

Our goal is to help schools build a culture where students feel supported, valued, and more comfortable speaking honestly about what they are going through. We want every INTRNL FIGHT Club to become a positive force on campus; one that encourages connection, leadership, kindness, and awareness. This program is built to give students a voice, give advisors structure, and give schools a meaningful way to invest in student well-being.

WHO THIS PROGRAM IS FOR

The INTRNL FIGHT School Club Program is built for middle schools and high schools that want to create stronger connection and mental health awareness among students.

  • It is for schools that want more than a one time message.

  • It is for students who want to lead with purpose.

  • It is for advisors who care deeply about student well-being.

  • And it is for communities that believe support should be visible, accessible, and ongoing.

The club is organized with leadership roles, goals, and a structure that helps create consistency and direction.

STEP 3

Launch On Campus

Students begin meeting, promoting the club, and creating awareness through activities, campaigns, and school involvement.

STEP 4

Create Ongoing Impact

Throughout the year, the club uses monthly resources, creative outreach, and student leadership to strengthen school culture and support fellow students.

WHAT MAKES THIS PROGRAM DIFFERENT

The INTRNL FIGHT School Club Program is not just about starting another school organization. It is about building a mission driven presence on campus that students can actually connect with.

What makes this program different is the heart behind it. It is built from real experience, real pain, and a real desire to help students feel less alone. It combines leadership, awareness, creativity, and purpose into one club model that is meant to make an actual difference.

This is not about checking a box.
This is about changing culture.

INTRNL FIGHT

THE IMPACT WE HOPE TO CREATE

We want students to feel safer speaking up.
We want schools to become more connected.
We want kindness, awareness, and support to become part of everyday campus culture.

Through this program, we hope to help students realize that asking for help is not weakness, that checking in on others matters, and that even small acts of support can change someone’s life.

The goal is simple: create schools where fewer students feel invisible in what they are carrying.

A MESSAGE TO THE PERSON STRUGGLING

TO THE STUDENT WHO IS STRUGGLING

If school feels heavy, if life feels overwhelming, or if you are carrying something you
have not been able to put into words, this program exists for students like you.

  • You are not the only one feeling what you feel.

  • You are not weak for struggling.

  • And you do not have to carry everything alone.

INTRNL FIGHT Clubs are meant to help create a school environment where support
feels more real, conversations feel more possible, and students know they matter.
