Our Initiatives

INTRNL FIGHT Clubs

INTRNL FIGHT Clubs are student-led groups focused on promoting mental health awareness and support within schools and communities. Through these clubs, we aim to create a culture of openness and empathy, where everyone feels seen and heard.

Storytelling Campaigns

Our storytelling campaigns aim to break the stigma around mental health by sharing real and relatable stories. By encouraging people to share their experiences, we foster a sense of solidarity and show that no one is alone in their struggles.

Community Events

We organize various community events to facilitate open discussions about mental health. These events provide a safe space for individuals to connect, learn, and seek support without fear of judgment or shame.

Our Approach

At INTRNL FIGHT, we believe in the power of conversation and connection. Our approach is centered around normalizing discussions about mental health and creating a supportive environment where people feel comfortable seeking help. Through our programs and initiatives, we strive to change the narrative around mental health and ensure that no one fights their battles alone.
